At Alexandra Femminilità, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your selection isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return
Please email info@AlexandraFemminilita.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
We will provide return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements as regular returns.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and size or colour exchanges, unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including return shipping where required, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
