All prices on Alexandra Femminilità Canada are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout on supported devices.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. Alexandra Femminilità does not receive or store your complete credit card details.

Shipping Within Canada

All Alexandra Femminilità products are stocked in Canada and shipped directly from our Canadian inventory.

We offer:

• Complimentary shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more.
• Flat-rate shipping of $12 CAD on orders below $100.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

All Alexandra Femminilità products are stocked in Canada and shipped directly from our Canadian inventory.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@AlexandraFemminilita.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
